3 - 30 minute coop tours of 3 very different backyard, homemade, chicken coops. Plus meet back at first coop and do a impromptu skillshare on how to use a fancy store bought *rocket stove and my tin can homemade one. I will provide hotdogs, tofupups (vegan hotdogs) buns and tea. You provide whatever else you want for lunch besides 'dogs 'pups & tea.

The City of Houston's Green Building Resource Center and Transition Houston have a special three-night series of film and discussion, featuring Chris Martenson's The Crash Course. 

Each evening will start at 6:00pm with a screening of one of the three Crash Course videos, followed by discussion of the topics and ideas presented. Many of the issues discussed are paralleled in the challenges we are addressing in Transition, and this series will help you to get another perspective on the challenges of resource depletion, environmental change, and economic instability.
